nextbet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and may vary by sport, event type, and account tier. nextbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at its sole discretion, including for accounts identified as professional or high-volume bettors.
